What a great life! This morning I enjoyed a yoga class that was held on the hill at Sycamore 
Springs Resort. Then I walked the two mile trail into the small beach town of Avila for a cup of tea and 
pastry. The peach orchards, a view of construction pilings that looked surreal, wild plants of all descriptions, glorious birds bathing in the sun and golfers trying to get their ball down the green fairways on the nearby course provided multitudes of beautiful images.
