I know we need rain during our rainy season but, we've had several weeks of spring right in the middle of what is supposed to be winter with NO rain. The skies are cloudless, sunlight beautiful. Sunsets and sunrises are glorious arrays of pinks and oranges. The temps are cool, even cold some days, but it's still the kind of weather that anyone would appreciate. Our Meyer Lemon tree is loaded and ready to harvest....right in front of my house. I'm thinking of lemon pie, lemon bars and fish with lemon sauce.
